This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by InnoApp Solutions, including but not limited to Ovulation Tracker: LH Test Scan, Pulse Baby, Vera, and Spookify (collectively, "the Apps").

Information We Collect

• Photos you take within the App: If an App includes a scanning feature (such as analyzing a test strip photo), the photo you capture is processed to provide that feature.
• Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and cycle/health tracking data you manually enter, stored on your device.
• Purchase data: Subscription and purchase status, managed via our payment processor (RevenueCat) and the Apple App Store.
• Device identifiers: Used for advertising purposes via Google AdMob, where applicable.

Third-Party Sharing — AI Processing

Where an App includes an AI-powered photo analysis feature (such as scanning a test strip), the following applies:

• What is sent: Only the specific photo you choose to submit for analysis. No other personal data, account information, or usage history is sent alongside it.
• Who it is sent to: Google, via the Google Gemini API, for the sole purpose of analyzing that image.
• Your consent: The App asks for your explicit agreement before sending any photo for AI analysis, the first time you use the feature. You may decline, and you can review this choice at any time in the App's Settings.
• Retention: We do not store these photos on our servers beyond the time needed to process the request.
• Equal protection: Google processes this data under its own published privacy and data protection terms, which we require to provide protection consistent with this Privacy Policy for the specific, limited purpose described above. Face and Photo Data (Spookify)

Spookify transforms a photo you choose into a Halloween costume-makeup image.

• What is sent: only the single photo you select, plus the style you picked. No account information, contacts, location or usage history is sent with it.
• Where it goes: the photo is sent to our processing server, which forwards it to Google's Gemini API to generate the transformed image, and returns that image to your device.
• Retention: the photo is held only in memory for the seconds needed to process the request. Neither the original photo nor the transformed result is stored on our servers, and neither is used to train any model.
• Face data: we do not perform facial recognition, do not create face templates or biometric identifiers, and do not attempt to identify any person in a photo.
• On your device: transformed images are saved only where you choose to save or share them.

Other Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob: displays advertisements and may use device advertising identifiers, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice on iOS.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription purchase validation.

These third parties are contractually and technically required to provide a level of data protection consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Health-Related Information

Any health, cycle, or fertility-related data you enter is stored locally on your device and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It is used solely to provide the App's tracking and informational features.

Your Choices

You can decline camera or photo access at any time via your device's Settings, which will disable scanning features but not the rest of the App. You can also request deletion of your data by contacting us below.
